Dr. Leanne Ball, DDS

I graduated from the University of Alberta in 2016 with my DDS degree. I am very passionate about helping people through dentistry! A forever student, I am continuously educating myself and my team in new techniques to provide improved dental services.

Dr. Kolby Olsen, DDS

Dr. Kolby was born and raised in Lacombe, Alberta. He graduated with his DDS degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2016. He takes a special interest in surgery and sedation dentistry. But what he truly loves most about dentistry is resolving pain for his patients. A small town boy at heart, with a love for hunting, fishing, and hiking, he is an excellent fit to our practice and community.

Dr. Rupinder Brar, DDS

Dr. Brar graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific in 2022 with a DDS, having previously earned her BDS in 2012 from Punjab, India, and an MPH from Saskatchewan, Canada, in 2015. She is passionate about creating smiles and promoting community health, engaging with patients on oral health care and staying updated on dental advancements. Dr. Brar seeks to work in a small town to make a meaningful impact. In her free time, she enjoys badminton, cooking, and traveling with her family.

Colleen Devey, RDA

Colleen is a seasoned dental assistant and mom to two great kids. is passionate about her family (including her family pets), the great outdoors, and daily exercise! We love the energy, friendliness, and efficiency Colleen brings to the office!

Kennedy Labreche, Lead RDA

Kennedy is one of our beautiful and talented dental assistants! She is passionate giving people a great encounter at the dentist, challenging the stigma of the dental office being a “scary” place. She loves to see people leave the office with a confident and happy mindset about their experience.

Erin Prichard, RDA

Erin was born and raised in Flagstaff county! Outside of dentistry, she is passionate about health & fitness, DIY projects, interior decorating, and… (even though she hates to admit it) shopping! Her favorite restaurant is The Wooden Spoon, Sedgewick

Serena Klatt, RDA, Invisaleader & Surgical Coordinator

Serena is passionate about her work and putting forward her best effort. She’s always been a hard worker, and loves interacting with new people every day! When she’s not at the office, you will likely find her spending time with her family - they mean the world to her!

Kassidy McMahon, Office Attendant

Kassidy McMahon is a local girl with a passion for creating lasting memories with her loved ones. When she's not busy building connections, Kassidy enjoys exploring her culinary skills through cooking and baking. Kassidy is thrilled to be working full-time in the dental industry, where she can combine her passion for helping others with her enthusiasm for dental care.

Vivian Grinde, RDH

Vivian Grinde is one of our dedicated Dental Hygienists. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and compassionate care, Vivian ensures every patient achieves optimal oral health. She draws inspiration from beautiful scenery and enchanting music, particularly orchestras and choirs. Vivian's passion for life is deeply rooted in her love for her cherished family.

Emily Stauffer, RDH

Emily is a registered dental hygienist at Ball Family Dental. She earned her diploma in dental hygiene from the Canadian National Institute of Health in Ottawa, ON, in March 2024. Since then, she has completed advanced training in local anesthesia to further support patient comfort and care. Emily is passionate about helping patients feel at ease and confident in their oral health. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time in nature, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her two cats, Leo and Benny - among many other hobbies!

Christine (Kiki) Berger, RDH

Kiki was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, by her Greek parents. After graduating from Dental Hygiene school, she took a position in the Cayman Islands. There, she met her ideal partner from Alberta, and after spending 10 years enjoying the sun and beach, they decided to settle down in Camrose, Alberta. With over 30 years of experience, she is dedicated to creating a positive and comfortable environment that helps patients achieve their best smiles. Outside of work, she stays busy with her three boys, walking her dogs, and traveling.

Jillian Simpson, RDA, Director of Operations

Jillian is passionate about helping others, whether it’s at work providing a fantastic experience for our patients, on the farm with her family, or coaching a baseball team. She’s inspired by her children, and she’s motivated to help make a bright future for the next generation. Her lesser-known talents are interior decorating, making floral arrangements, and… she makes an AMAZING lasagne!

Michelle Bahm, Accounts Receivable

When you come to Ball Family Dental, you’ll likely see Michelle smiling at you from behind the reception desk. Or when you call, you may hear her friendly voice at the other end of the line. At home, Michelle is a busy mom and wife. She prepares delicious meals for her family and coordinates their schedules. She’s also very skilled with interior design and enjoys all things crafty!

Jeff Ball, CFO

Jeff Ball, husband to Dr. Leanne Ball and cofounder of Ball Family Dental, works hard behind the scenes to make sure that everything is flowing smoothly. He is the key financial manager and uses his ex-mechanic skills to repair things around the office. Jeff also farms full time. He enjoys aviating whenever he gets the chance, and is a proud member of the Iron Creek Flying Club.

Kerry Labreche, Administrator

Born and raised in the small town of Viking, Kerry brings a warm and welcoming approach to everything she does. She has a genuine passion for making people feel comfortable and well taken care of, which shines through in her work every day.

Outside of the clinic, Kerry loves spending time with her husband, their two beautiful daughters, and their beloved dogs. Whether it's camping trips in the summer or escaping to warm destinations in the winter, she enjoys creating lasting memories with her family. She's also an avid gardener who finds peace and joy in caring for her plants.

With her kind personality and caring nature, Kerry is proud to be part of a team that puts patients first.

Kylie Simpson, Treatment Coordinator

Kylie Simpson, known for her positive attitude and strong work ethic, Kylie has high standards and values professionalism and positivity in the workplace. When it comes to feedback, Kylie values calm, face-to-face conversations as the most constructive approach. She is continually working on her personal and professional growth. Kylie's dedication to excellence and continuous improvement makes her an invaluable member of the family.

Rochelle Bunbury, Receptionist

Meet Rochelle, our dedicated dental receptionist who brings a true passion for helping others to every patient interaction. With an extensive background in administration and customer care, she pairs her expertise with a warm, friendly vibe that helps everyone feel right at home. Originally from Castor, Rochelle’s back after some time in the big city—she missed the small-town vibes and close connections. Outside the clinic, she’s happiest outdoors—whether she’s camping, snowboarding, flipping a tractor tire around the yard (yes, really), or soaking up the sun with a good book. Rochelle can’t wait to greet you with a smile and help make your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible.
